Classroom update

Sorry on the delay in posting how my classroom looks with my quilt things but the rod was not put up and I could not display the quilt.
It actually looks small on that giant wall but it is an excuse to make a bigger one someday.
Maybe a Spanish theme one since that is what I teach. So if anyone has any ideas I will gladly consider them.
Also, you will see the flower garden behind my desk and the pillow I made from a block swap I was in.

I think quilts look great in your classroom.

I love the flower garden- having all those quilts hanging side by side looks so colourful. Seeing that everyday would have to be inspiring!

Hi. Your classroom looks great. I wish I could show some quilts on the place I work: they always give comfort and joy.
It is a great idea to show Spanish theme quilts on your Spanish classes. Please visit our blogs for some inspiration.

What a lovely classroom!! How lovely to be surrounded by your quilts when you are working.

Your quilts are great! I love your colors. I tend to the conservative but I am trying to think outside 'my' box. I love the charm concept too.
I would like to make a suggestion. In one of your older entries, you mentioned curtain clips to hang your gorgeous quilt for your classroom. Might I suggest you put a rod pocket or hanging sleeve on the back instead? The clips can cause undue stress on your binding due to the weight of the quilt. You could still use your rod as long as you can lift it and slide it through the pocket. I apoligize if I misunderstood your hanging method!
