I made this ornament wally from the wonderful tutorial shared by
Christina.
The second block which looks Spanish was made by her . I decided to do a swap for variety and her block was the first one I received. I plan on making another wally like this since I need two for my dining room area. This one is ready to be pressed, squared off and sandwiched. Making them is so easy but deciding how to quilt it is such a challenge for me that it will sit on the quilting table for awhile.
Also, I think I will make a holiday bag with the extra ones for my daughter and I.

These wallies are just so cute.
I like the one with the striped background.
Cute. I like the idea of a holiday bag.
How cute is that! Your home will be beautiful with all the christmas wallies. A bag will be fun to make and carry. I was thinking last night I needed a Christmas bag to carry my work samples and catalogs in. Great minds think a like.
I love the "wonkyness" of this. I was actually considering doing that with my swap blocks!
I love it! I may still the idea for the ones I get from the swap. Thank you for sharing that.
