A new technique

I recently learned a new technique called embroidered applique.
It is a fabulous technique that you can do on your embroidery machine using little pieces of fabric. I purchased a wonderful pattern from JuJu designs and she has a wonderful tutorial on this technique.
I am in heaven!
Of course I had to make a towel :D

Boo-hoo....since I don't have an embroidery machine, I guess I'm out-of-the-loop on this technique. :( I love the work you have done with it, though.

I had Michele at Calico Daisy do teacups and a teapot for my Time for Tea Swap. I made a bag. I'd never heard of embroidery applique. Since I don't have an embroidery machine I'll just have to admire the work of others. :o)

I'm like Pat I don't have an embroidery machine but the technique is adorable. Hope you will be sharing pictures of lots more goodies that you create using this technique.

Oh that is so cute. I'm curious, do you use your towels you make. I don't think I would be able to. They are just too cute to ruin.
