Quilt Show delights

Another quilt show UFO purchase is a baby ball kit.
No instructions just a couple of sewn hexagons.
I will give it a try.

I always think that when a quilter picks up another quilters ufo.. that it takes guts.. there is a reason they let it go.. so I can't wait to see what you do. I have a few other quilters UFO's from their sewing room purging efforts..they are still UFO's LOL

At the risk of being "dumb" here....can someone tell me what a "baby ball" quilt is? Maybe I've seen them but didn't know what they are called???

Someone gave my 28 year old daughter one of those fabric balls when she was a baby. She loved it dearly!

If anyone can do it, it is you. Good luck.

Sounds like just the project for you with those hexagons! Is that what you are working on today?

Since your in the process of helping me with "hexies". I can't help but notice this post about the hexagons. It looks as if these were sewn in a line without a center hexagon? Am I way off?
