Work in Progress
Mary did a post a couple of weeks ago and I just loved her background quilt. I have been wanting to make a hollyhock quilt but I did not know where to start.
Thanks to Marys guidance I have come this far. I just have to make the border and decide how to quilt this. It took me about 2 weeks to make the hollyhocks since I hand appliqued them but I am pleased.

It's gorgeous and I'm sure that however you decide to quilt it, it will do justice to all your hard appliquing. I love applique too!!

Oh that is very pretty! I really need to live forever so I can make every quilt that I love. I can't wait to see it with the borders and quilting.
