Make up case??

Do you ever buy those Cosmetics gift sets at department store that come with a makeup case?
Well I simply got tired of getting all the tote bags and cosmetic cases that were coming in these sets until I saw this one.
This is a small black suitcase that came with Estee Lauders makeup line this year, and I knew instantly that it would be perfect for my stitchery supplies.
Now when I want to make a few I just bring the case to wherever I am.
Though I am having a hard time making these, I do have them in one central location.
Finally something to do with the bonus cases!

I use all kinds of cases and bags from other purposes to store small hand-work projects. It makes it easy to keep them separate from each other and easy to grab when I want to work on one of them. And......they also look neater around the house than if I just had the "stuff" laying loose while working on a project.

I'm addicted to reusing containers for my stitching, sewing and yarn projects. Last summer I did a series of blog entries on the different containers I use. It was a lot of fun.

Great idea Betsy. I have to put something like that together in order to make better use of my time.

Great idea!!! I save the big plastic bags that sheet sets come in too, they usually have a zipper and make great bags for projects.

I love your case....it is wonderful. I once got a huge red leather bag, still have it and still love it.....sometimes those things are nice to get...
