Trees, Trees, Trees update

This is what I am thinking on layout so far.
I don't want this to be a Christmas quilt so do my blog friends think this quilt will be ok to display year round?

It's lovely and I think it would make an all year round great quilt - it would need to be with christmas fabrics - red, green, gold etc to make it a Christmassy one.

I would certainly display that year round. That is beautiful, great job, and very creative. Way to go.

I think you could easily display all year round because of the fabrics you chose. It has more of a woodsy lodge feel to it, than a Christmas one. I love it!

It is beautiful so far - I love the colors you've chosen - it reminds me of when you go into a wood and you can see the blue sky - but it feels cool and shady. Not Christmassy at all.

It doesn't look Christmas-y to me. I think the border is perfect.

I think it would be a wonderful quilt to display all year round. I wonder what it would look like if you arranged the backgrounds going from light in the upper left corner to darker in the lower right corner. That's my OCD kicking in.

Oh yeah! That"s definitely a year round quilt. It doesn't look like Christmas to me or even winter. Now how are you going to quilt it?
