Vintage Valentine #9

By far the hardest block I have done so far. It took me an eternity to stitch the dogwood flowers.
The pearl and rosette embellishments are courtesy of my husband. He bought them for me as a Christmas gift so I could use them on this quilt. I think he did good.

Another beautiful valentine. I can't wait to see all of them together; what a beautiful quilt they'll make.

This is so very pretty. YOu did a great job. Are the flowers 3-dimensional? They look like they are in the photo, but maybe it's just the photo and they aren't 3-D. I love the block, though....and the embellishments really make it extra-special.

What a beautiful block. Both you and your husband did good. My valentine quilt is still in the box it arrived in. I need to get it out and start on it.

It turned out FANTASTIC!!!

I am finally taking my V.V. out of the closet. I am going to a friends house this Saturday and I am going to start working on my Medallion. It will probably take all day just to make the templates. LOL
