As many of my blog friends know, I started this quilt in
2009 and with the help of all my cyber friends it has became a charm quilt. Each hexie measures 3/4inch, about the size of a dime and as of today it has 3036 hexies.
The hexies you see on the ironing board are the ones I have left to put on and then I need to buy scraps of fabric and request my cyber friends to gift me their 1.5x1.5 inch squares.
I always return the favor somehow with a little surprise.
If you are interested in helping me , please email me.
I do not want to stop yet because I would like to make it into a larger quilt at least a lap quilt.
I only work on this quilt on the road so the process is slow.

Wow...I remember when you started this....it is fabulous! How large is it now? Are the 1.5" squares for edges?

I can send some scraps. Do you want them precut? Any specific requirements?
I've been watching your progress. I like doing small things but this might just be too tiny for me!
