Henrietta Whiskers Block 6

I am falling a bit behind on my BOM since I am trying to work on my flower beds and quilt all the wall hangings I made for my daughters new home.
I have not officially quilted in months and in all honesty when I sat down to quilt yesterday I broke 3 needles and I had to trace a design because my free motion skills have become poor.
Like the saying says" Use it or lose it"

it's priorities....the same here right now; yard work is taking over...but is that time of year

I bet it didn't take long for you to get the hang of quilting again. Love the Henrietta block, that quilt will be really cute. I love all your flowers, makes me wish for a little garden.

You are so right about that. But I know that you be back up to speed in no time with the quilting...

Now is the time to be enjoying the flowers anyway. Quilting is for when you can't be outside "smelling the roses."

Cute block! Did you use wool too?

I haven't actually quilted anything in a long time. I probably need to make up some practice sandwiches to re-learn.

You are so right! If I haven't used my computer program to run the machine for a few days my brain goes froggy for first few minutes as I hope I'm clicking correct buttons!

Or sewing on the machine...I like a certain foot to put on binding...you know how often binding gets put on...hardly ever so I to have that moment of "how?"

Hugs!!
