First Finish of 2012

Throughout all of 2011, I embroidered Christmas blocks to one day put together into a wall hanging for my formal living room.
I started this one late November 2011 in hopes of having it ready for Christmas.
I embroidered the whole border with poinsettias and one side reads "Feliz Navidad" and the other side reads "Merry Christmas".
Unfortunately I was unable to finish it for Christmas 2011 but it is ready for Christmas 2012.
Just needs to be pressed and a tag added.

If the rest of the year goes as well as this did it's going to be a banner year! Congratulations on a gorgeous finish!

What a wonderful first finish for 2012! I'd be tempted to leave it out just a bit ... hard to wait until the end of the year to be able to enjoy it!! :)
