Grandaughter's Quilt

My grandaughter left about a week ago and while she was here we had a blast. Since I kept her the majority of the time, I did have to squeeze some quilting in since I usually do alot of my quilting during my summer break. While, I quilted , I made a small tumbler wall hanging for GD and with the GO cutter, she cut out all the shapes she wanted on her little quilt. She rummaged through the scrap bin and just cut away. She placed all the shapes exactly where she wanted them and I stitched them down for her. I purchased a wall hanger so that once home she can display her little quilt. Next summer, she wants to learn to actually sew. I love that she is so creative.
