Best Buy not the best buy

I purchased a new laptop to use in my sewing room with my embroidery machine and it came with a huge flaw. Every time  I type the help desk from hp pops up. It has taken me an eternity to write this post. Best buy will not fix it because it is over 15 days old. Does anyone know or have a point of contact for Best buy?
We have done everything to stop this to no avail.

Have you tried contacting HP? Can you go in to programs to uninstall or delete it?

Did you call 1-800-BESTBUY? Hope that's not a silly question but my son was customer service manager in Kentucky at Best Buy but no longer works there. As with any company, hold your ground - the squeaky wheel does get the grease.

Did you put this on your credit card?? You may have a recourse through your credit card company. It's worth looking into.

Contact the manufacturer (HP?). They should, hopefully, be able to help. Here's the toll free # 1 (855) 733 8312 I googled.

I think all of those sound like good ideas. I think HP would have to have a warranty longer than 15 days, so you should be able to get some help from them.

Maybe one of the above will help. I'm so sorry you're having problems. I also agree with Gale, Ky .... beat them into the ground. Call local TV

I would camp out at Best Buy until they fixed the problem or offered a better solution...you should call the 800 number and complain until someone does something for you.

Good Luck my friend! I have not had much in the way of great service from HP in the past, soo...hopefully you can change it somehow!
