Midnight at the Oasis Block one

Midnight at the Oasis block one is almost complete. Just need to stitch down the circle. Those of you who know me as mainly an applique quilter
Quiltingfiesta

can just imagine how I am totally out of my comfort zone with this sew along, hence why I joined.
I had some Kona gray in my stash for another project I wanted to work on a few years ago. Everything else in this quilt will be from my stash and scraps. Nothing new being used here which is nice. I only had to buy the pattern.
The link is on my side bar. Anyone else joining along?

Love the colors you chose! Can't wait to see how this quilt comes out. I couldn't look at the directions because I didn't join the quilt along. Did you figure out the directions? Looks like you did!!

Wow , that is gorgeous but I am going to look the other way I am too easily swayed and I have way too many already in the works. I will enjoy watching you though :-)

I love your block and think the grey kona was a wonderful choice. I've joined in the QAL too and have just finished my center block this afternoon. Whew... glad that's done! :)
