Acorn Wally
I made a fall leaves wall hanging in late September and I needed two coordinating wallies to go with it because the fall wall hanging is very close to the wall with the spring wallies that I have up since the summer of 2007.
I only update the wallies at Christmas time because I have not made any other wallies until now.
I used the pattern from the Art to heart acorn hollow book and some leftover fabric from the fall wall hanging.
Again, I wanted to hand applique and I was successful. I have another ready to applique. I will keep these up until I decorate for Christmas.
At least next year I will be able to keep them up longer. I made the leaves and acorns designs to last me thru the whole fall.
