Lady Kenmore 89

I needed an extra sewing machine table and if you buy them at the quilt stores they cost an arm and a leg literally. So some thrift shopping was in order.
I saw this sewing table and chair and it fit my needs perfectly.
Much to my surprise the Lady Kenmore 89 was inside it too.
The tag reads it works but I have yet to try it.
It fits perfectly in a little corner of my bedroom and I am happy as can be.

GREAT find!!! Good for you! (I'm sure you'll let us know if the machine works. Sometimes an older, more basic machine, is great for classes where you don't need all the bells and whistles.)

I kinda' remember that style! Do you have storage in the chair too? Such a find.

Nice find, it looks like it is in great shape. I hope they took as good of care of the machine.

This is my first visit to your blog. How very Florida, color-wise. Stephanie's Madge would love it!

Love your sewing machine cabinet. And how very true about thrift shop finds vs new. Looks like you found a real treasure there. It appears almost like new!
