In my effort to finish up my Valentine projects I made this almost Bargello runner.
I followed the pattern for making the bargello quilt but I just made one panel for the runner.
Unfortunately when I cut the strip sets I should have cut seven rows instead of 6 to give me the last drop. OK, lesson learned for next time.

Very cute. Bargellos are so much fun.
It looks very good. I've done two bargellos...and gave one to my daughter. I know a gal who has made several and loves doing them.
I can just imagine if I'd tried this as I have such a hard time following patterns.

Lovely bargello. It is totally perfect.
Doing a pattern as a table runner to try it out is a great idea. You're early for next year now and it could be used at christmas too, heck, all around the year I say.
