Crazy Quilting Friday and some gifts

Received this lovely top block from my crazy quilt partner Cindy.
She also sent luscious fabrics and velvet which was easier to sew with than I imagined.
She made me this lovely crochet topper that matches perfectly to the fabrics on my chaise lounge and that is where it will be displayed.
She also crocheted a beautiful shawl for my daughter to use on her wedding day if needed but since my daughter reads my blog I did not want to post it.
Thank you Cindy.
If anyone is interested, we just make a crazy block once a week and post about it on Fridays.

Those crazy blocks are lovely! And the crochet is way cool as well. Fun swaps.

What fun...like the picture of the quilt on your friend's bed too...looks sort of like one of those Gees Bend quilts too...only straight.

Did your daughter get married already? I know you said August. That was so nice of Cindy.

The rainbow satin-ish fabric really caught my eye. What fun to sew with that!

Hi Fiesta. Love your blog name. Thanks for coming by to enter my giveaway and leaving such kind comments about me goodies.

What a nice quilting partner you have. I so wish I had some of the very old quilts my Grandmother name. Nothing matched but they were so worn and torn and comfortable.

Thank you for becoming a new follower. I hope you visit often. I'm your newest follower too and look forward to coming back and spending more time.

BTW - I live in Jacksonville. Where is Springhill?

Have a wonderful Sunday. Hugs...Tracy :)
